Our Purpose
The purpose of Grace Vineyard’s involvement in missions is to fulfill the great commission of Christ. We as a church body define missions as any endeavor outside our local congregation to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ by proclaiming the gospel of Christ, making disciples and relating to the whole need of mankind-spiritual and physical.
Missions Statement
We at Grace Vineyard believe we are called to fulfill The Great Commission of Jesus (Matt. 28:18-20) through sharing the gospel and praying for the lost, through supporting in our giving and in prayer those who minister to the lost throughout the world and through equipping, training and sending individuals and teams from our church to be Christ’s ambassadors. (Acts 1:8)
The Great Commission
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
— Jesus

Missionaries We Support
Grace Vineyard Missions was launched about 15 years ago. We spent over a year studying missions, interviewing churches and Missions Organizations, and praying through various ways to implement a local church missions program. We began partnering with several diverse missionaries, in various parts of the world, with various focuses – from unreached people groups, to orphan care, to Bible translation, and more. We support these missionaries financially, with prayer, and with care. Most of them have been able to visit our congregation, and we have developed a wonderful relationship with each of them over the years. You can learn more about each of them with the following links:

For security reasons, some of the cross-cultural workers we support are not listed on our website.
Pledge to Missions
We financially support our missionaries through a faith pledge program. Every January we invite you to commit to supporting the work of missions for the entire year. We then use those commitments to make our Grace Missions commitment to each of our missionaries so that they can plan their year. Our goal is that 100% of people who call Grace Vineyard their home will make a financial commitment. That may sound like a lofty goal, but it is actually completely doable – everybody can afford something. So whether you give $1 per month or $100 per month, or more, please make a commitment and let us know so we can let our missionaries know. Please submit your pledges to Grace Vineyard Missions for 2024 by clicking on this link: 2024 Missions Pledge. Thank you!
