Hello Grace Vineyard Family and Friends,

Greetings from Denver, Colorado.  I’ve been in Denver all week for the Vineyard National Conference!  We’ve had such a great time here.  If any of you wish you could have come, there is another chance:  the East Coast conference will be in Cincinnati, Ohio, July 14-17.  You can find out more info and register on the conference website at https://conference.vineyardusa.org/ I highly recommend it!  I’m flying back to San Diego on Saturday evening, so I do plan on being with you on Sunday morning.

Special Guest, Chaplain Jason DiPinto this Sunday

I’ve got some really good news.  Not only will Chaplain Jason DiPinto be speaking on Sunday, he and Christina have moved from Guam to Camp Pendleton, so we will get to see him and Christina all the time.  Please do make a special effort to welcome Christina and Jason this Sunday.  They love Grace Vineyard and are excited to become a part of our church family.  Jason is a very gifted leader and preacher/teacher; I know we are going to be blessed as he brings the Word this Sunday.  His title is “The Way of Jesus”.  He’ll be talking about how Jesus’ teachings and life come together as an example for us to follow.  I look forward to being with you on Sunday morning.  If for some reason you’re not able to be with us in person,  you can join us online on Zoom with this link: Zoom Meeting ID  153 112 432, Passcode 684814.  You can also find our livestream on Facebook Live at facebook.com/gracevcf.

Friday Night Small Group on Break until July 11th

Please also note the Friday Night Small group that meets in the Upper Room is on a short break until July 11.  The group will resume on July 11th.  Our other groups will continue to meet as usual.

Ladies Retreat November 14-16th at Pine Valley

Ladies, you can begin to pay for our fall retreat.  Private bath lodges are $270, shared bathroom lodges are $250 and dorm rooms are $215.  There are a limited number of Private Bath Lodges available.  You can pay online or place money/checks in the offering.  Please note that the payment is for the retreat.  In order to reserve the appropriate room, please email and let Kim Ohst, kimohst@gmail.com,  know what kind of room you are reserving when you make a payment.  She will confirm if that type of room is available.  $50 deposit will hold the room.
